Required skills and experience: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably milk management or as a Lactation Consultant. 2. Registered Nurse and/or Registered Dietician. 3. IBCLC or CLC certifications preferred. 4. Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills. What you need to know 1.
