NO INDEED RESUMES ALL ATTACHMENTS MUST BE COMPLETE Job Requirements: 3-5 years CURRENT Clinical Lead/Educator experience in an OR (Including Circulator, Scrub, PACU) - Required Previous Teaching Experience with Adult Learners - Required CNOR Certification within 1 year of start - Required Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, nights and weekends to accommodate call requirements - Required BSN - Required Previous travel experience - Preferred What you need to know: The OR Clinical Lead / Educator is a registered nurse with experienced in all roles of the OR RN including circulator, scrub, and PACU. The ORCL must enjoy mentoring new OR RNs and surgical technicians. Also creates and implements programs for the orientation of new OR nurses, orientation of experienced nurses to new roles, and ongoing development of clinical skills for nursing staff.
