Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Active Ohio license: LSW, LPC, MFT 2. Two years working within an outpatient behavioral health setting 3. Bachelor’s degree in related field, Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science or Criminal justice preferred 4. Preferred Trauma informed care training 5. Remain current in general knowledge of psychotropic medications, side effects and DSM-V/ICD-10 diagnosis What you need to know • Outpatient treatment services program for children and young adults who have experienced trauma • Live within a 45-minute commute of the coverage area • Therapist will provide social, emotional and mental health therapy to children, adults and families • Join an organization with an extremely supportive environment and leadership • Generous benefits, PTO and CME opportunities
