Qualifications

Required
  • Valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Master's degree or higher
  • Practice Acquisition and Integration (2+ years)
  • FP&A (5+ years)
  • Controller (3+ years)
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Physician Practice Management
    • ASC Management Company

Overview

Our client is seeking a Vice President of Finance who will be a strategic partner to the CEO and assume a role in helping establish the strategic and financial direction of the organization. The VP of Finance is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and risk management, tax, and revenue cycle. Key Responsibilities ● Producing timely completion and quality of all financial reporting requirements ● Implementation of a robust FP&A function ● Preparing annual operating and capital budgets and periodic forecasting activities; as well as preparing and filing all required tax returns ● Creating long-term operating and capital forecasts ● Executing monthly executive summaries and presentations on the financial operations of the organization; including providing insights into financial opportunities and risks ● Participating in evaluation, due diligence, and integration activities related to M&A activity of the organization ● Facilitating accurate calculations and timely payment of physician compensation ● Implementing and maintaining appropriate internal controls and processes to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial information in accordance with U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
