Qualifications

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
- Associate degree or higher
- Hospice (2+ years)
- Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
- Have you spoken with a Relode Recruiter about this role (via phone or video)?
- Are you okay with the required travel for this position?
- Have you applied to or worked for AHNHealthcare@Home anytime in the last 6 months?

Key Responsibilities ● Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans ● Support patients in New Kensington, PA and surrounding areas ● Meet critical deadlines for charting ● Self-manage time and schedule ● Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software Schedule and Shift Details ● 40 hours per week, day shifts, occasional on-call Travel ● Local travel required
