As a Medical Assistant at our client Urgent Care in Blaine, MN, you will play a vital role in managing customer flow, assisting providers, and ensuring the clinic operates smoothly. Your focus will be on collaborative tasks, communication, and providing individualized care to customers of all age groups. Hourly Range: $20.00 - $26.00 (based on years of experience) Salary Range: $41,600 - $54,080 Client does not require CMA but if candidate has an MA diploma, they must have at least one year experience as a Medical Assistant. Key Responsibilities ● Manage customer flow throughout the clinic ● Assist providers in the management and treatment of customers ● Perform clinical and clerical tasks to assist with customer flow ● Communicate with the healthcare team regarding progress and concerns ● Maintain skill proficiency and upgrade skills as necessary Schedule and Shift Details ● Day/Evening shifts, 60 hours per pay period, Every 3rd Weekend Shift Travel ● Local travel using personal vehicle may be required
