Our client is seeking an Outpatient Occupational Therapist - Certified Hand Therapist to provide ethical and cost-effective patient care within their scope of practice. The role involves assessments, interventions, documentation, and patient education in a supportive work environment. ***CURRENTLY OFFERING AN UP TO $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS*** Salary Range: $33.87/hour - $55.31/hour (based on education and experience) Shift Differentials: 2.50 evening, 3.00 night and 3.00 weekend. Key Responsibilities ● Assumes responsibility for management, delivery, documentation, outcomes, and communication of patient care ● Performs assessments, establishes care plans, provides therapeutic interventions ● Educates patients, family, caregivers, significant others, and staff ● Works with a team of therapists treating diverse patient population Schedule and Shift Details ● Typically a 4 shift, 10-hour schedule, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
