- Occupational Health
- Occupational Medicine
- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- Valid Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) in Oklahoma (OK)
Overview
Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide ethical and cost-effective patient care within the scope of practice. The role involves assessments, care planning, therapeutic interventions, documentation, and patient education. Salary Range: $33.87/hour - $55.31/hour (based on education and experience) Shift Differentials: 2.50 evening, 3.00 night and 3.00 weekend. Key Responsibilities ● Assumes responsibility for the management, delivery, documentation, outcomes, and communication of patient care within the scope of practice ● Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition ● Establishes a plan of care as appropriate ● Provides therapeutic interventions appropriate to the age and disability of the patient ● Provides timely documentation of delivery of occupational therapy services ● Educates patients, family, caregivers, significant others, and staff Schedule and Shift Details ● 8 hours per day, Full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
