Annual base salary starts at $223K, increases based on experience and proficiencies On-call rates: $250/night Weekend day $1200 Cardiac $250/night, $500/day Overtime/call back rate: $175/hr Also open to 1099 candidates Relocation assistance Student loan reimbursement ($80K over 4 years) Signing bonus up to $20K (negotiable) Key Responsibilities ● Manage daily operations, direct CRNA assignments ● Promote open communication and a collaborative and supportive work environment with surgeons and staff ● Provide direction, guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality and efficient patient care ● Promote excellent customer service with patients and staff ● Participate in physician and advanced practice provider interviews ● Opportunities for overtime if desired ● Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support ● Variety of cases (Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, General surgery, Gynecological surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic surgery, Pain management, Podiatry, Urology) ● Collaborative and supportive medical staff, operations team and leadership ● Leadership who value YOU and your life outside of work ● Mentorship and collegial practice environment ● Supportive administration with local decision-making ● Input into the practice and future ● Focus on wellness and quality of care ● Strong and available subspecialty support Schedule and Shift Details ● Flexible work culture and time with patients.
