- Working with Frail or Elderly population (1+ years)

Overview
Our client is seeking a full-time Medical Director for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Fayetteville, NC. The role involves providing medical direction, supervision of participant care, and ensuring clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate degree and a minimum of 1 year experience working with the elderly population. Pay range is $231,000 - $280,000 depending upon experience Up to 10% bonus potential Key Responsibilities ● Participate in provider on-call rotation as required ● Provide general medical direction and supervision of participant care ● Develop and maintain medical policies and procedures/standards and protocols ● Conduct history and physical on new participants and reassessments ● Interview and evaluate applicants to PACE Organization ● Educate participants and families regarding health maintenance ● Supervise health care and treatment program ● Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests Schedule and Shift Details ● 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no on-call required
