Job Requirements: • Licensed to practice Nursing in Texas • 1 year, but preferably 2+ years as a direct care nurse • Experience needs to be hospital acute care, LTC or NH (not Home Health) • Competent in advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc. What you need to know: Positions Available: 6 We are requesting LVN’s for shift 2pm to 10pm
