Job Requirements: 2+ year of experience in an interventional lab - Required Skilled in scrubbing and monitoring interventional cardiac procedures, PCI, STEMI, R and L heart caths, IABP, and device implants - Required EPIC experience - REQUIRED-This is Non-Negotiable! Bachelor Degree - Preferred Prior travel experience - Preferred What you need to know: Performs all aspects of patient care within practice guidelines and approved hospital policy and procedures. Coordinates with physicians, nurses, allied staff, patients and family in scheduling, development, and execution of a mutually agreeable plan of care. Attends and participates in departmental meetings, QA/QC functions and QM initiatives as needed. Observes all safety guidelines and utilizes proper equipment as set forth by Infection Control and national standards. Assures that all equipment is in good working order, maintained and cleaned within manufacturer's specifications. Utilizes all maintenance guidelines and biomedical department as required. Cross-trains in other areas as warranted by need. Assists in training new staff and participates with student interns. Develops and maintains appropriate clinical education and training to ensure working knowledge of current age specific competencies, and other specific competencies. Responds to all emergencies and patient transports as required.
