Job Requirements: 5+ years working as a Occupational Therapist, current Texas State License as Occupational Therapist, 2 references with positive recommendation, 1+ year working with cognitive impaired community. What you need to know: Attends work on an 8-5 schedule in accordance with agency leave policy Physician orders addressed within 72 hours Initial comprehensive assessments completed within 30 days and contains all required components All other assessments completed by scheduled due dates Plans, develops, and implements treatment protocols to treat, improve, or maintain consumer’s level of function in accordance to a consistently adhered to treatment schedule Completes treatment notes within 72 hours of treatment session
