Required skills and experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field. Master's preferred. 2. Clinical background as a licensed physician, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist or registered nurse. 3. Ten (10+) years’ supervisory experience in multisite home health is required. 4. High level person who has managed budgets up to $100M. What you need to know: 1. May have some restrictions) 3. Manage up to 40 multisite groups with the opportunity to develop new territories for the company. 4. Responsible for developing strategies, optimizing operational efficiencies and executing initiatives in order to improve retention and clinical quality and enhance growth in regional operations.
