Large, Regional Health System in Iowa is seeking a permanent, locum-to-perm or strictly locum tenens Provider to start in December for a long term, ongoing assignment. Qualifications below: December - ongoing M-F, 8a-4p 10 days of call per month 15 patients per day - outpatient 3 patients per day - hospital Level III Trauma EMR: Cerner 45 day credentialing SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required Active IA license - Highly Preferred. Can consider IMLC candidates.
