Required skills and experience: 1. Must have a Bachelor's degree in nursing with a RN license in the state of MD. 2. Working and current knowledge of various State and Federal regulations including Medicare Conditions of Participation for hospice and home health agencies, and state licensing regulations for hospice. 3. Minimum of five years of increasingly responsible management experience in health care administration with a minimum of three years of experience in home health/hospice operations/management is required. 4. Master’s degree in Business, health administration, nursing or a related field or comparable experience. 5. Experience in leading process and quality improvement initiatives related to MDQI plans at assigned agencies. 6. Management experience in hospice and homecare operations including, clinical operations and clinical compliance. What you need to know: • Must possess proven leadership skills, strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to the principles and practice of hospice and home health services. • Significant management experience in hospice and home care operations with P&L responsibility, business development, and operational and clinical compliance. • Travel is required. • Ability to consistently demonstrate a commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics and adhere to the Compliance Program.
