The Senior Analyst, Kronos Workforce Timekeeping will have the following skills: • Design, code, configure, test, debug, modify and document system and application programs (Kronos 8.1+ in particular) • Create/modify interfaces using Kronos WIM (Workforce Integration Management) • Experience with SQL and familiarity with Kronos database tables • Report creation experience (design, write, and troubleshoot) is a must • HR/Payroll functional / workflow experience is a plus • Healthcare experience preferred • Familiarity with SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) reporting requirements is welcomed JOB REQUIREMENTS KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs. - Advanced Technical Computer Skills -- Utilize complex computer operations (intermediate / advance programming, relational databases, and operating systems) and advanced features of software packages. - Complex Communication --Frequently communicates complex information and interacts with management. Can present, resolve and address delicate situations. Can motivate and persuade others. - Varied Business Problems -- Problems are varied and complex, requiring analysis or interpretation of the situation.
