Relode Update | Practicing Gratitude in 2017

We have so much to be thankful for this year here at Relode! We’ve reached some huge milestones this year, and are excited to unpack how these milestones make Relode (and healthcare recruiting) better for agents, candidates, and employers like you.

Every day at Relode we strive to improve every part of the organization. Our mission is to create a new standard of service, value, and innovation for healthcare recruiting and create an amazing experience with our platform that is modern and delightful. To keep us on track, we measure everything — we are maniacal about growth!

Let me share some of the highlights of our growth this year at Relode:

  • 3 new combined office spaces being renovated
  • 5 hires from one nurse in KY who became a Relode agent
  • 22 new teammates here at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN (interested in joining us, email your resume to hello@relode.com)
  • 119 candidates interviewing in November alone
  • 1,569 new jobs added to the platform, including new locum and contract positions
  • 18,000+ new agents
  • $12,000,000 of potential success fees in our marketplace

We are so grateful for everyone who has helped bring Relode to life and encouraged us along the way. We are especially thankful for all of our teammates who have walked with us through the stormy times, good times, and all the pivots along the way. We are thankful for the early investors who believed in us when we were just an idea. “Caring Counts” is the motto we have adopted for 2018 here at Relode. And we are so excited to announce our new partnership with Mercy Ships as our primary ministry and giving partner.

Within the coming weeks, we will be unpacking what this means to our customers and how every interaction in Relode impacts those in need in a mighty way. We want to be the best at what we do so we can leverage the power of business to address spiritual, social, and economic needs for those who are underprivileged.

We give thanks for everyone who has been or will be a part of our journey. We give thanks for the bad times, the good times, and all the times in between. We’re looking forward to creating the future of healthcare recruiting together with an amazing group of clients, teammates, agents, candidates, and investors!

Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks! – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-17
